Why we use it
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request. Limited access logs are used to maintain security, understand website demand and diagnose problems. Location information is approximate and is not GPS tracking.
Retention
Website access logs are configured to be retained for 30 days. Enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably required for customer service and business records.
